In India, the IDE set up an executive course in juvenile justice with the National Law University of Odisha and the University of Geneva (Interfaculty Centre for Children's Rights Studies). Enakshi Ganguly's NGO HAQ Centre for Child Rights in New Dehli is associated to the project. In 2015, the University of Odisha in Cuttack, was the first Indian university to create a UNICEF supported Centre for Child Rights.

Intended for professionals, the executive interdisciplinary course offers a comprehensive training on juvenile justice in India with particular attention to the implications of international standards for children in conflict with the law.
