Training

For 25 years, IDE has been training professionals working with and for children in various socio-cultural, geographical, political, and legal contexts. In its training programmes, IDE applies its own methodology, the result of its many years of experience. Thus, IDE's training programmes favour an interdisciplinary approach, propose working tools, and rely on the confrontation between theory and practice, calling upon both university professors and field experts. IDE can offer face-to-face or distance training programmes (e-learning or blended-learning), at academic level or tailor-made, both in Switzerland and abroad. IDE's expertise has developed around three main axes: juvenile justice, child rights and protection, and mediation.
