Czech reports to the UN Committee of the Rights of the Child

On May 31st,2011 the Czech Republic presented its report to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child ; enclosed to this message the third and fourth periodic report and the list of statement.

Here are the observations and remarks of the UN Committee relatet to the Czech final report .

Romea’ reports that the Czech state delegation was meeting with the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child in Geneva, where the Committee expressed concern that the country is repeatedly ignoring its previous recommendations, i.e. putting an end to school segregation, decreasing the number of children raised in institutional care and setting up a body responsible for the fulfilment of the Convention.
